Alter-G Treadmill


Today I ran on an Alter-G treadmill for the first time in my life, at the University of Washington Sports Medicine Center... I started off at 65% body weight and ended at 75% body weight. It's a great option to keep training when you've got to stay in shape while injured... Of course it's $$$ so you had better be motivated to stay in shape for a good reason (say an important goal race)...
