very cool site. looks like we ran a couple of the same races - the same years - such as boston and vermont in 05! and i think you did the knick 60k the same year emmy and rob did! small world!!

i posted a short brief on the runner's high on my blog as well - another small coincidence!

how often do you head over to the east coast to run races?

i hope you get into nycm! if the lottery works out, give a heads up and we can try to hook up when you come in.

i run 9 nyrr race every year (and now a volunteer requirement was just added) to get a spot in the marathon.
